OBITUARY OF ROBERTA BESSIE BOGART Ocean Park, Washington resident Roberta B. Bogart, 92, died June 13, 2007 in Ilwaco, WA. The daughter of Robert and Bessie Mount, she was born May 15, 1915 in Silverton, Oregon. The Mount family are pioneer Oregon residents. Roberta grew up on the slopes of Mount Hood in Zig Zag and Brightwood, Oregon, graduating from Sandy High School. She later attended business college. She was office manager for Silver Wheel Trucking in Portland and a self employed bookkeeper. After moving to St. Helens she was employed at the Columbia county courthouse. She moved to Ocean Park 33 years ago. Roberta enjoyed ceramics and all types of crafts. She also enjoyed her retirement years at the coast and her family. She and Clarence Bogart were married in Stevenson, Washington, Oregon and he died in 1981. Surviving are daughters Barbara Ann Campbell of Ocean Park, WA, Dorothy Scholl of St. Helens, OR and Evelyn Buttles of San Diego, CA; sons Robert Parker of San Diego, CA and Richard Parker of Rochester, MN; grandchildren Justin and Julee Campbell and Robert Parker; and great-grandchildren Katie Parker and Taria Johnsen.
