Wayne DeVaney Capps, 37, Of Ocean Park, WA died suddenly in Vancouver, WA on March 12, 2008. Wayne was born October 12, 1970 in Portland, OR to Donald and Linda (DeVaney) Capps. He grew up in Milwaukie, OR and graduated from Putnam High School and attended Clackamas Community College. Wayne a a stone mason by trade and talent, and was extremely proud of this. He also fished commercially at one point. He played the guitar beautifully, his style ranging from classical to heavy metal. He was also a painter and illustrator. Wayne is survived by his mother, Linda Capps and father Donald Capps; sister Wendy (Del) Murry, grandmother Blanche Walbaum, partner Barbara Johnston and their son Adam Wayne; as well as his beloved extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
