Ina Ravena Duncan, 96, of Ocean Park, WA, died passed peacefully in her sleep of September 7, 2008 in Long Beach, WA. She was born July 19, 1912 in Portland, OR to Charles and Ina (Williams) Cotty. She was raised in the Portland area and attended school there. She studied for her doctorial degree at Oregon State University and later worked there as a lab technician until her retirement. She was married to Clarence Duncan and he proceed her in death in 1977. She had fond memories of her parents vacationing in Ocean Park and around 1918 they built a home there for their holidays at the beach. "No more camping out in the harsh weather" she would say with a smile. After her retirement from OSU, she moved here permanently. Ina is survived by a great niece Dorris Hunziker and a great-great nephew James Reed, both of California. Ina, you will be missed greatly by your friends and neighbors. May you rest in peace.
