Rochelle Irene (Whitehead) Priebe

A tragic accident at her Seaview residence on September 28, 2008 claimed the life of Rochelle I. Priebe, 41. Her husband Curtis perished in the same accident. The daughter of Claude and Lois (Capitani) Johnson, she was born in Vancouver, Washington on February 24, 1967. Rochelle grew up in Vancouver where she received her education. Rochelle moved to the Peninsula 18 years ago to be near her mother whom she was very close to. She was employed as a cake decorator at Sid's Market and Cottage Bakery. Rochelle enjoyed exploring the Peninsula on her bicycle and gardening. Rochelle married Curtis Priebe in 2007. She is survived by her mother Lois who resides in Ilwaco, Rochelle is survived by her children Anthony Johnson of Oregon, Cyrus Whitehead of Vancouver, WA, Teresa Conley of Washington and Alexandria Whitehead of Long beach, WA; brother William Walsh of Tacoma, WA; sisters Kathy of Alaska, Terri Queirolo of Battleground, WA, Jeri Crotty of Vancouver, Barbara Queirolo of Vancouver, Jacqulyn Suchan of Orting, WA, Sharon Walsh of Long Beach and Audra Mann of Vancouver; grandson Dakota Whitehead; and many nieces and nephews.
