Peggy Ellen Ward, 61, of Ocean Park, passed away October 17, 2008 at a local care facility. She was born February 17, 1947 in Centralia, WA to John and Margaret (Orloski) Perona. She attended school there and graduated from Adna High School. She married Marvin England and together they raised three children. Later she married Bob Ward. They were married on August 2, 1986 at the base of Snoqualmie Falls, Peggy's father serving as best man. Peggy and Bob purchased a large seven bedroom home which they converted into a Bed and Breakfast. They operated this until retiring to the beach in 2005. Peggy spent many a vacation here on the Peninsula and loved it here. She enjoyed gardening. She was a gold card carrying QVC shopper. Loved "bling-bling!" Peggy is survived by husband Bob of the family home; daughter Cindy (Steve) Ward of Snoqualmie Pass, WA; sons Jerry (Wendy) England and David (Rebecca) England, both of Lacey, WA; sisters Eva Hauck of Adna, WA, Stella Jensen of Chehalis, WA, Millie McHenry of Ethel, WA and Barbara Mealer of Myrtle Creek, OR; grandchildren Austin, Alexandra and Cassandra England and well as numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside inurnment will take place at Claquato Cemetery in Adna, WA. Penttila's Chapel by the Sea, Long Beach in charge of arrangements. Please sign the guestbook at www.penttilaschapel.com.
