Russell R. Smith, 79, of Ocean Park, WA died April 13, 2009 at home. He was born April 8, 1930 in Cle Elum, WA to Preston and Myrtle (West) Smith. He was a twenty year resident of the peninsula. His wife Betty died earlier. There are no local survivors. At Russel's request, there will be no formal services. Arrangements by Penttila's Chapel by The Sea, Long Beach.
