Marilyn Marie Kirkendoll

Marilyn M. Kirkendoll, 81, of Ocean Park, WA died August 5, 2009 in Ilwaco. She was born July 14, 1928 in Butte, MT to Robert and Marie (Lance) Nelson, one of six children. She grew up in Butte with the family later moving to Eastern Washington. Marilyn met and later married Gene Collins in Eastern Washington. He preceded her in death in 1972. In 2000 she moved to Ocean Park to be near her daughter Kathi. She was very fond of family. Marilyn is survived by daughter Kathi Wooliscroft of Ocean Park; sister Betty Mayes of Portland, OR; five grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Internment will take place at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland with her husband Gene. Arrangements by Penttila's Chapel by The Sea, Long Beach, WA.
