Laura Neal

Laura R. Neal, 40, died at her Ocean Park residence on March 5, 2011. The daughter of Richard and Sandra (Rexwinkle) Ricey, she was born on Vallejo, California on April 30, 1970. Laura grew up in California where she received her education including high school and a regional occupation program. Laura was employed as a certified nursing assistant and medical assistant. She enjoyed interacting with patients and staff and making a difference in the lives of others. Several years ago she moved to Ocean Park to be near her family. Laura is survived by her husband Ernest Neal of California; mother Sandra Ricey of Ocean Park; children Amber Neal and Joselyn Neal both of California; brothers Joseph Ricey of California and Robert Ricey of Washington; sister Karen Luallen of Tennessee; and nephews and a niece.
