Margaret J. Hallock, 91, went to be with her Lord on November 2, 2011 at her residence at Golden Sands in Klipsan Beach, Washington. The daughter of Clark and Clara Shelden, she was born June 8, 1920 in Opheim, Montana. Margaret was a long time resident of Opheim; Dalhart, Texas and in earlier and later years of Klipsan Beach, Washington. A graduate of Opheim High School, she married Roy Hallock on October 15, 1938. Margaret was a lady of many interests and pursuits: working and being outdoors on the farm, being with family and friends, and using her many domestic gifts. She enjoyed traveling in later years, bowling, playing cards, and bingo. She was a long time member and active participant in the Lutheran church. Preceded in death by her husband Roy, Margaret is survived by sons Eugene (Joanne) Hallock of Eaton, Colorado and Lowell (Colleen) Hallock of Sheridan, Montana; daughter Shirley (Gary) Luethe of Long Beach, Washington; seven grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren that were truly blessed by her presence. A graveside inurnment service in Opheim, Montana will be at a later date. During her stay at Golden Sands in Klipsan Beach the past year and a half Margaret received excellent care and love, and truly considered it her home.
