Robert Jenkins

Vancouver, Washington resident Robert W. Jenkins, 37, died November 3, 2012 in Chinook, Washington of natural causes. The son of Martin and Janis Jenkins, he was born in Oroville, California on May 13, 1975. Robert attended school in Oroville prior to moving to Vancouver where he completed his education. He was currently employed by Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning in Portland. Robert loved duck hunting with his father and close friend Tim Hay and canine companion Bruce. He also enjoyed dirt biking and attending Washougal Motocross races and each year made the trek to motocross races in Hangtown, California with his good friend Charles Collins. Robert is survived by his partner Krista Hinton and her son Brennan; their infant son Remington Drake Jenkins; parents Martin and Janis Jenkins of Ocean Park; brothers Eric Jenkins and wife Andrea and Perry Jenkins and wife Kristin; nieces Nichelle, Chloe and Miller Jenkins; nephews Cameron and Hunter Jenkins; and many good friends. A Celebration of Life will take place 3:00 PM Saturday November 10, 2012 at the Red Lion Inn at the Quay in Vancouver.
